Great portions, came piping hot and tasted great. We're new to ontario and love Chinese food as a treat once and a while and tried another restaurant with great disappointment but I think we've found our new favorite spot

Placed my order online, super easy, and chose my time to pick up. Order was ready on time, fresh, hot and tasty.

We are new to town, and live quite close to Ping’s. Decided to try it for Chinese food a couple nights ago. We had heard mixed reviews, so we were curious. We have had a lot of experience with authentic Chinese food, this was not quite that, but it was very good. The onion pancake was new to us and interesting (in a good way - though a bit greasy), didn’t love the General chicken recipe (it varies so much from place to place, but we like a dryer, spicier version), the garlic snow peas were good, the beef was tender, and the portions were generous. Overall, a good experience and worth another try for sure.

First time ordering here…. New to town from out west… very pleased with the quality of the food, very fast delivery and good portion size. Will order soon again

Everything tasted great. Online ordering system was easy and efficient to use. Was a bit of a wait, but for a Saturday night that is expected. The cashier did a great job with it being such a busy night, juggling the phone, giving out orders and dealing with some impatient customers.

The three dishes we chose online were all delicious. We liked that the online menu had photos of most dishes to help us choose. Also, with each online item there was a space to put in a note, such as ‘spicy hot please’.

The owner is lovely and we appreciate having her restaurant in our town.

If you haven’t yet tried Ping’s it is worth sampling.
